See your entire inventory health at a glance.

The moment you open the Inventory tab, you see four stat cards: Total Items, In Stock, Low Stock, and Out of Stock. Each card updates in real-time as you add or edit items.

Add items one at a time or expand for full details.

The Quick Add bar sits at the top of your inventory. Type a name, set a price and stock quantity, and hit Add. That's it — your item appears instantly. Need more detail? Expand 'More fields' to set a price note (like 'per lb'), low stock alert, expiration date, category, and description.

Click any row to expand a full edit panel.

No separate page needed. Click any item in your inventory table and an edit panel drops down right below it. Change the name, price, stock, category, description, upload an image — everything in one place. Hit Save and it updates instantly.

Organize products and let AI do the heavy lifting.

Create categories like Fresh Produce, Beverages, Household Essentials — whatever fits your business. Reorder them with the arrow buttons. The real power? Hit 'Auto-Categorize All Items' and AI assigns every product to the best matching category instantly.

Got your inventory in Excel? Upload it in seconds.

Click Import, upload your Excel/CSV file or paste text. YuhPlace auto-detects columns like 'Items', 'Price', 'Stock Remaining', and maps them for you. Preview the data, hit AI Categorize to sort items, then Import. For backups, click Export to download everything as a CSV.

Colors, logo, banner — make it yours.

The Profile tab is where you set your store's identity. Choose a brand color and accent color that carry through your entire store page. Upload your logo (shown in the nav bar) and a banner image (the hero at the top). Add your WhatsApp number, region, and address so customers know how to find you.

Four looks to match your vibe.

Your store page can look completely different depending on which template you choose. Classic is clean and professional. Modern is sleek with glass effects. Bold uses big typography. Shop is a full showcase layout with a hero banner and product carousels. Switch anytime — it saves instantly.

Go live with one tap. Share your link anywhere.

When you're ready, hit Publish in the Settings tab. Your store gets a permanent link — yuhplace.com/store/your-name — that you can share on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or anywhere your customers are. Need to make big changes? Unpublish to hide it temporarily.
