Is YuhStore really free?
Yes — completely free to create and run. No subscription, no commission on sales, no hidden fees. We want every Guyanese business to have an online presence regardless of budget.
Do I need technical skills?
Not at all. The AI does the heavy lifting — it suggests your branding, writes descriptions, and categorizes products. If you can use WhatsApp, you can build a YuhStore.
Can I import my existing product list?
Yes! Upload a CSV or Excel file with your products. YuhStore auto-detects columns like name, price, and stock. AI categorizes everything. You can also export your inventory as CSV anytime.
How do customers find my store?
Your store gets a permanent link (e.g. yuhplace.com/store/yourname). Share it on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or print it. Customers can also browse the store directory on YuhPlace.
Can I customize how my store looks?
Yes — choose from 5 templates (Classic, Modern, Bold, Shop, Diced), pick your brand colours, upload a logo and banner, and edit everything on your manage page.
What about payments?
Payments happen directly between you and your customer — usually cash or bank transfer arranged via WhatsApp. YuhStore doesn't process payments or take any commission.
Can I unpublish my store?
Absolutely. Toggle between Published and Draft anytime from your manage page. Draft stores are only visible to you — perfect for making changes before going live.
Do I need to download an app?
No. YuhStore runs entirely on the YuhPlace website. Both you and your customers access it from the browser. Communication happens on WhatsApp.
